If you are unhappy with your item, we are happy to exchange your piece for an item of equal value or provide you with store credit. We do not offer refunds.
All "Sale" /Promotional items, footwear, accessories, handbags, jewellery, swimwear, books and home range pieces are not eligible for exchange or credit.
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. You will have 7 days to courier the piece back to us.
If an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs required to return the item and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
How to return an item
If you are an unhappy with your item and would like an exchange please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the piece. Please put ‘Return’ at the start of your message as well as an order number and the items you wish to return. After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Customers are required to pay the cost of return shipping. As well as the shipping of the new item if you wish to exchange.
Returns should be confirmed, when sent, with a tracking number.
Items must be returned in the condition they were sent to you. MOY reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise if it is damaged, worn or have not been returned in its original packaging/condition.
Please note, all items are second hand or vintage and might come with minor flaws and imperfections. We try our best to provide the most honest description of the condition of an item and note all the imperfections.
It is customers responsibility to make sure they've read the product description throughly and double checked the sizing and condition of the item before purchasing it.
