All MOY purchases are final and we do not accept returns.
However, we are happy to exchange your piece for an item of equal value or provide you with store credit, as long as the piece has not been worn and is returned in it’s original condition/packaging with swing tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, footwear, jewellery, headwear and sleepwear(lingerie) will not be eligible for exchange or credit.
All “SALE” items are final and will not be eligible for exchange or credit.
Books and furniture/decor sales are final.
Bidding items are final.
Special collaboration projects or items made to order will not be eligible for return or exchange.
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. You will have 7 days to courier the item back to us.
If an exchange is requested, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs required to return the item and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
How to return an item
If you are an unhappy with your item and would like an exchange please contact us via email. Please put ‘Return’ at the start of your message as well as an order number and the items you wish to return. After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Customers are required to pay the cost of return shipping.
As well as the shipping of the new item if you wish to exchange.
Returns should be confirmed, when sent, with a tracking number, from the courier you wish to use(we do prefer Aramax for their speedy shipping). Please note: no Paxi return shipping.
Items must be returned in the condition they were sent to you. MOY reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise if it is damaged, worn or have not been returned in its original packaging/condition.
It is customers responsibility to make sure they've read the product description throughly and double checked the sizing and condition of the item before purchasing it. Don't panic buy!
