Sometimes, things don’t always work out. If you want to know what your options are once you’ve received your order, you’re in the right place.
Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receipt in the same condition for a store credit (excluding shipping costs). No returns on "sale" items.
Once your item has been delivered to you, you will have 24 hours to notify us whether or not you are happy with it.
From then, you will have 7 days to courier the item back to us, using a trackable service. This is at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, dustbag and box included (bags, shoes, new items).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
Clients are welcome to re-list their purchased items with us again at a lower commission fee as well.

Can I cancel a purchase? Yes you can. Get in touch at email@example.com within 24HRS of your purchase.
