MOY only ships Nationwide(South Africa). Please contact us for shipping outside of SA.



This is a standard courier service straight to your door or address you indicate. Depending on your location, Door-to-Door delivery service is generally 3-4 working days.

Postnet Branch to Postnet Branch

This is not a service to your door but a Postnet Branch near you. Delivery service via Postnet takes approximately up to 3-4 working days. Please indicate your nearest Postnet instead of your address. If the Postnet is not indicated, we reserve the right to send it to a branch, nearest to your indicated address.

All standard shipping on coats or coffee table books is Postnet to Postnet shipping.

Please note that transit times are based on working days only, and does not include weekends or public holidays.

Courier is a 3rd party provider, so delays outside of Gauteng are possible.


Please allow 24HRS for preparation and dispatch of your order, on top of shipping times.


We provide tracking for all our orders via email, so you know where your package is. Please allow 24h at least to show the tracking information while it is in transit between our studio and courier transit centre. If you have any issues with a delayed order, you can first check your tracking link for info. If you are missing your dispatch confirmation email or tracking number, check your spam folder first or get in touch with us.

Due to the courier service being a 3rd party provider, we are not responsible for items being lost, damaged or stolen once the order has left our studio. In the case of a courier truck being hijacked, we are not responsible for refunds or returns.


We now offer collections directly from our studio. When you choose "local pick up" at checkout, you will be provided with our studio address and a confirmation email noifying that your order is ready for collection. Please allow 24HRs before collecting your order.


Please note, for insurance purposes , items/orders over R6000, will carry a surcharge of R350. This surcharge is on top of shipping price.


Sometimes, things don’t always work out. If you want to know what your options are once you’ve received your order, you’re in the right place.

Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receipt in the same condition for a store credit only (excluding shipping costs). No returns on "sale" items.

Once your item has been delivered to you, you will have 24 hours to notify us whether or not you are happy with it.

From then, you will have 7 days to courier the item back to us, using a trackable service. This is at your own expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, dustbag and box included (bags, shoes, new items). Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.

Clients are welcome to re-list their purchased items with us again at a lower commission fee as well.
