We are a consignment store selling vintage pieces, good quality second hand and authentic luxury designer items, directly from our fashion community, providing access to a curated range of vintage and contemporary items. See below for frequently asked questions

When will i receive my order?

We use a number of shipping providers to accommodate different customer needs. Delivery times vary according to where you live and the size of your order. They range from 3 to 7 working days, including processing and preparation of your order. We process and ship out orders every Tuesday and Thursday.

Are all your items authentic?

All of our items are authentic and carefully inspected before they are sold. We have an extensive knowledge of vintage and new designer items and all items are checked for inconsistencies extensively.

Do your items come with proof of purchase or authenticity cards?

Our items do not come with proof of purchase or authenticity cards unless stated otherwise on the description of the product. This is due to the age of our items and is reflected in our prices. This has no bearing on the authenticity of our products.

Can i collect my order instead of shipping?

We allow collections from our JHB studio. Visit Contact us page for more.

Does MOY buy clothing directly from people?

We do not buy clothing directly from people. We operate on consignment basis. To find out more click here.

MOY Vouchers - how do i use it?

MOY Voucher is a discount code you can use at checkout. If you have received a MOY voucher (a generated discount code)as a gift or when exchanging your order, simply type the discount code at checkout when making your next purchase. The voucher is valid for 2 month only
